Minnie Mouse

I know it has been a couple weeks, but we have been busy. I really enjoyed making this weeks cake. Kept it simple in flavors. Yummy yellow cake with buttercream frosting/filling. The cake is obviously for a little girls birthday party. I couldn't find a Minnie Mouse shaped cake pan that was under $50 lol, so I cut the head shape out of a square cake. Then did the rest freehand. It was alot of fun. Who doesn't love Mickey or Minnie?! Enjoy!

For the Party

The other night there was a halloween party at church for the kids. Brandon and I decorated the trunk of our suv. We passed out candy as the kids came by. It was fun. They also had games the kids could play, and one was the cake walk. I was surprised to see that almost everyone who brought cupcakes had bought them from the store ... and then again maybe not. Needless to say mine seemed to disappear the fastest! Enjoy!
