I am excited that it is getting easier, much easier and faster to frost a cake and do other basic things. This cake was very basic and something I had done before, just a week or so ago. This one turned out great. I was pretty proud to stand back and see that it looked almost perfect!.JPG)
I got daring and tried to do a little decoration right on top, from memory without practice, and well needless to say I messed it up, lol. I fixed it best I could and did a different decoration that is a little easier.
The flavors of this one have been, apparently a big hit around here. Coconut cake, lime curd and passion fruit buttercream. And, well, it is one of my new favorite things to eat! I really love it!.JPG)

This must be the one you did for Darbys. Really pretty! Yes, the flavor combo is awesome. My mom is not a sugar eater, but dang, she was in love with it!
