This one was, obviously, for someone who was promoted to Major. The cake was coconut, strawberry filling, and vanilla butter cream. It was the biggest cake I have ever done, and it took longer than I expected. It was fun to do thow, and it turned out well. There is always something that I wish I did different one way or another, and this one definitly has a few, but I am happy with how it turned out. .JPG)

And so were we! It was perfect, and my husband loved it. Unfortunately, we got way too much food and had a bunch left. But we wrapped it in smaller pieces and put it the freezer. We've been enjoying it every day since!
